Tony Manfredi
President and Founder

Prior to starting Staff Hunters, Tony spent over 23 years in the staffing industry with one of the world's largest specialized staffing firms. His track record in the industry has spoken for itself over the years with leadership awards, top producer awards, and business relationships with candidates and clients who have had contact with Tony since 1980 when he first started in the staffing industry. Previously, Tony worked in the accounting profession and has a BS in Accounting from Boston College.

Yola DeDominicis
Recruiting Operations Manager

Prior to moving to New Hampshire, Yola was Senior Operations Manager / East Coast & Canada, for Nichols Institute (now Quest Laboratories). Yola recruited administrative, laboratory and medical professionals for all her 15-laboratory sites. She spent two years with a staffing firm in Concord, NH prior to joining Staff Hunters in Portsmouth. She has a BS in Business Administration from Boston University.

As a member of the Planning Committee for SHRA, Seacoast Human Resource Association, Yola was recently voted to the Board of Directors. SHRM is the world's largest association devoted to human resource management.

Amber recently joined Staff Hunters of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Amber brings over six years of staffing industry experience and an additional fourteen years of experience in recruiting and human resource management. Amber holds a certification in Human Resource Management from the University of California in Berkeley.

Van joined Staff Hunters bringing over 7 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting field. His specialty has been exclusively in the Accounting, Finance, and Healthcare industry, mainly on the North Shore and Southern NH. He currently resides with his wife and 2 children in Southern New Hampshire. He has a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
